Description
Signalwell gives remote workers a lightweight, anonymous-by-default way to flag burnout or disengagement early, and gives employers aggregate trend data instead of individual surveillance, closing the gap between wellness surveys nobody fills out and manager check-ins that feel performative.
Problem
Remote-work wellness surveys have abysmal response rates, and by the time burnout shows up in performance, it's already too late to address cheaply.
Solution
A daily 10-second check-in with anonymous aggregate reporting to managers, designed to lower the barrier to honest signal instead of adding another ignored survey.
Target market
Mid-size companies with distributed or remote-first teams.
Business model
Per-employee monthly SaaS subscription.

Discussion (1)
Ingrid Berg
Anonymous aggregate data instead of individual surveillance is exactly why this could actually get adopted.
