Description
QuietDesk generates adaptive ambient soundscapes for focus work, using your typing cadence and app-switching frequency (all processed on-device, nothing uploaded) to detect flow state and shift the soundscape to help you stay in it. 300,000 downloads, top-10 productivity app in 14 countries.
Problem
Generic focus/white-noise apps play the same loop regardless of whether you're actually concentrating or about to lose focus entirely.
Solution
An on-device model reading local behavioral signals (privacy-preserving, nothing leaves the device) to detect focus state in real time, driving a generative audio engine that adapts rather than loops.
Target market
Knowledge workers and students, sold direct-to-consumer with a B2B tier for companies offering it as a benefit.
Business model
Freemium consumer subscription, plus a per-seat B2B tier for corporate wellness programs.

Appreciate everyone who tried the beta and sent feedback before this round even opened.

Genuinely one of the few 'wellness app' pitches I've seen with real retention numbers behind it.
